Our online booking system is provided by q-book (part of the Queensborough Group) and you will be taken to a secure website whilst completing your booking.
Note: Children are welcome, when prompted, please select the appropriate room option as if they were adults.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Accepted payment methods
- Cash
- Debit/Credit cards - please note that a 2% charge will be added to all credit card transactions
- Internet Banking - details will be supplied by email on request
- Cheques, made payable to Mrs V Klockner, when the booking is made 28 days prior to arrival, this is to allow time for bank clearance of cheques.
Terms & Conditions
- Card details are taken on booking in the case of a late cancellation or failure to cancel.
- Cancellations must be received by 2pm 48 hours prior to arrival, in the first instance by telephone, and confirmed in writing by email not to incur any charges.
- Failure to comply may result in a charge being made, of the cost of the first night rate quoted, if the room is not resold.
- No shows will result in the total amount of the booking being charged.
- Full payment of the booking will be charged to guests who leave early.
- Deposits, when requested, are not refundable until after the date of the original booking and then only if the room is resold.
- Redhurst B&B reserve the right to make a charge for any malicious damage to rooms and/or contents.
- Check in is from 4.30pm to 10pm (unless otherwise arranged).
- Check out is from 10am (unless otherwise arranged).
- Breakfast is included in the price.
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
- The forecourt provides ample parking.
- A No Smoking policy applies to all the rooms in the house.
- A No Pets policy applies.
- Redhurst B&B reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
